HULLS AND DECKS
Construction:
· ATC foam, glass and CPD epoxy resin using resin infusion and vacuum bag construction methods and assembled using WEST SYSTEM™ Epoxy resin.

Exterior Finish:
· Awlgrip Polyurethane paint over epoxy primer--commercial yacht finish

Interior Finish:
· Awlgrip semi-gloss in cabin and bow interior areas.
· Light grey pigmented epoxy in engine and rudder room.

Paint & Graphics:
· Snow White hulls, salon, mast, boom
· Stripe colors determined by purchaser
· 2 - Coats of bottom paint (3 coats at waterline)
· Hull markings as per USCG minimimum requirements. PURCHASER to supply logo vinyl graphics.

DECK FITTINGS AND EQUIPMENT
Cleats:
· 9 - 15" Stainless

Fairleads:
· 2 - 7 3/4" Bow chocks

Lifelines:
· 39 1/2" welded aluminum port, starboard and stern deck life rails with Ό braided rope courses.
· Aluminum athwartship cockpit handrails port and starboard.

Deck Hatches:
· 2 - Lewmar Size 70 hatches
· 2-Teak Isle powder coated aluminum companionway hatches w/ Starboard doors and and Lexan tops
· 4 - Starboard wet locker hatches
· 2 – Tempress utility hatches
· 2 – Lewmar 50 rudder room access hatches

Windows:
· 4 – Beckson opening ports

Controls:
· 5- part mainsheet

· 32" Edson Destroyer wheel, Kobelt variable displacement helm pump to Kobelt ram to Edson tiller arm. Hydraulic system in series with bypass valves for rudder adjustment.
· GCY molded fiberglass rudders on Schedule 80 2.5” S.S. pipe w/ Vesconite bearings.

Spars:
· 72’ GCY Carbon fiber rotating wing spar 3/4 rig with rotator
· Antal track and cars for luff
· S.S. and Teflon mast rotation base
· Charleston Spar boom with provisions for two reefs and 2-part lazyjacks

Rigging:
· Standing - All standing rigging is Norseman Dyform
· SS wire terminating with Norseman fittings, turnbuckles and toggles to SS chainplates
· Running - All running rigging is GWB Halyard Braid

Sails
· Full batten IOR loose-footed main with two reefs.
· Mainsail cover
· N-52 Profurl roller furling system.
· Jib with sun protector

GROUND AND MOORING TACKLE

(Piping):

Water Systems:
· 2 – 55 gal. water tanks w/ Jabsco Ultra Max pressure pump, accumulator and deck fill.
· 3 - sink spigots
· Hose bib in wingfairing and each stern

Heads:
· 2 – 110v Vetus electric toilets, w/ marelon thruhulls and seacocks.
· 1 - holding tank with mascerator pump and Y valve for deck pump out or overboard discharge.

ENGINE
2 - Yanmar 4JH3-HTE, 4 cylinder marine diesels, set for 125 hp with 2.63:1 Yanmar KM4 marine gear. Morse controls and cables, Mastry instrument panel, with RPM, oil pressure, water temp, and engine hour meters, safety alarm, 55 amp alternator, 50 gal fuel tanks, Vernalift wet exhaust, Yanmar flexible engine mounts, GRW Drivesavers ,stuffing box, bronze main strut, 1.375” SS shaft, 21” 3 blade bronze prop, 2-Optima (1000 CCA) starting batteries, engine room lights, 12V electric bilge pumps,engine access hatch with gutter
