· Female molded, vacuum bagged hulls using 1.25” ATC foam with 3 lams 24oz 0/90 biaxial and uni cloth with CPD epoxy resin.
· Composite beams of all glass and/or plywood with Douglas fir lumber
· ATC foam/glass vacuum bagged bridgedecks, decks, wingfairing, bunks, bulkheads, floorboards, seats, cabinsides and roof
· All materials marine grade, laminated, coated and/or glassed with WEST SYSTEM™ and CPD epoxy resin systems.

· Awlgrip Polyurethane paint over epoxy primer: commercial finish
