Successful applicant will have experience operating and maintaining sail and power craft (less than 50 tons).
Minimum Experience Required:

• 10,000 open water miles sailed as captain of vessel
• Working knowledge of rigging, marine inboard engines, marine plumbing and electrical systems, and navigation equipment and marine hardware
• Working knowledge of West Systems and composite fabrication techniques
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
