• Female molded, vacuum bagged hulls using 1.25” ATC foam with 3 lams 24oz 0/90 biaxial and uni cloth with CPD epoxy resin.

• Composite beams of all glass and/or plywood with Douglas fir lumber

• ATC foam/glass vacuum bagged bridgedecks, decks, wingfairing, bunks, bulkheads, floorboards, seats, cabinsides and roof

• All materials marine grade, laminated, coated and/or glassed with WEST SYSTEM™ and CPD epoxy resin systems.

 Exterior Finish:

• Awlgrip Polyurethane paint over epoxy primer: commercial finish

 Interior Finish:

• Gougeon WEST SYSTEM™ 'gray coat' forward and engine space

• Awlgrip head and cabin areas

 Paint and Graphics:

• Oyster White hulls, cabin, cockpit & mast

• Choice of nonskid deck colors
