HULLS AND DECKS

Construction:

Resin-infused foam/glass/epoxy hulls. Bows reinforced for beaching.
Vacuum bagged foam/glass/epoxy bulkheads, bridge deck, floorboards, decks, cabin, roof, wing fairing and beams
Construction of forward beam, bar, capt. station, seats and some other components may be either wood/epoxy with fiberglass sheathing or may be vacuum bagged foam/glass/epoxy
All materials marine grade. GOUGEON WEST SYSTEM™ epoxy resin will be used to laminate, coat, glass tape and bond. CoPolymer Designs (CPD) epoxy resin will be used to infuse and vacuum bag components.

Exterior Finish:

Awlgrip Polyurethane paint over epoxy primer--commercial yacht finish

Interior Finish:

Waterbase Awlgrip main cabins and heads

Paint & Graphics:

Matterhorn White topsides, cockpit, mast
Choice of colors for topside stripe
Choice of nonskid deck colors
2 - Coats of bottom paint (3 coats at waterline)
