Makani

SUMMARY

Makani was the first of five sailing vessels to be built by GCY from one our newest molds. All have been resin infused, one of which was post cured. The Makani was the first vessel out of the mold. She is built in large part of carbon fiber, sports a very high tech Southern Spars carbon fiber mast and boom and consequently demonstrates the highest level of sailing of any GCY cat to date. She is USCG certified for 49 passengers and is based in Oahu, Hawaii. See famous Diamond Head on Oahu at sunset!
